• “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses Spacefre.
• “Engineer” refers to any individual or entity that offers services or products through Spacefre.
• “Listing” refers to any services or products listed for sale by Engineers on Spacefre.

3. User Obligations:

Users agree to:

• Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate and updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Use the platform in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Listings:

Engineers are solely responsible for their Listings. Spacefre:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or integrity of any Listing.
• Reserves the right to remove or modify any Listing without prior notice or reason.
• Does not endorse any Listing or Engineer.

5. Transactions:

• Spacefre is not a party to any transaction between Users and Engineers.
• All transactions are at the risk of the parties involved.
• Spacefre is not responsible for resolving disputes between Users and Engineers.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All content on Spacefre, excluding Listings, is the property of Serafimoski Tech and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Spacefre, under no circumstances, will be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spacefre and Serafimoski Tech, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses arising from their use of the platform.
